What do I need to register for Agent Portal Access?
To register for the New Agent Portal, ensure you have done the following:
- Put an email address on file with GCU. You must have an email address associated to your GCU Agent Account so that GCU Agent Services can set up your account. Once your account is setup, you will receive a welcome email containing instructions to access the portal.
- If you have not received a welcome email from GCU by 6/10/2025, please contact Agent Services and we will get back to you on a case by case basis:
