    GCU Cookbook

    The GCU Culinary Chronicle Cookbook was first published in 1985 as a fund raising tool for the proposed construction of a wooden church on the GCU property in Beaver, PA. The dream was realized with the completion of the GCU St. Nicholas Chapel in 1992. The cookbook, over 270 pages of favorite family and ethnic recipes, has continued to be very popular. The proceeds from sales now benefit the GCU Foundation with $1 from each book sold going directly to the GCU Cause of the Quarter. The cookbook is available in its original printed version for a cost of $20 ($10 plus $10 for shipping) or in a downloadable version (PDF) for the cost of $8.
