GCU’s Commitment to Enhancing Member Services: Exciting Changes Ahead

At GCU, we’ve always been dedicated to serving you with the care and reliability you expect. As we continue to grow and adapt, we’re excited to share that we are making some important updates to improve how we serve you today—and for years to come.

We are in the process of upgrading our systems, but please know that the products and services you rely on won’t be affected. What you may notice in the coming months, however, are some thoughtful improvements. For example, we’ll be offering clearer, easier-to-read annual statements and a new member services portal at GCUusaOnline.com, which will allow you to manage your accounts with even greater convenience.

As GCU’s new Chief Operations Officer, I’m excited to bring my experience to this organization and help ensure we continue to meet your needs. This is my first message to you, and I want to assure you that everything we’re doing is designed to maintain the same trusted service you’ve always counted on, while making things simpler and more accessible for everyone.
