    Describe your nominee's significant involvement in his or her local Lodge and District, assistance in any National GCU Events and how this nominee has been active within his or her church and affiliated entities. Include participation in all GCU or state fraternal association activity and list the offices or positions held. Please include the full lifetime involvement of the member, being sure to note specific activities. Describe how the nominee has provided significant volunteer service in his or her community or participated outreach programs and environmental activities on the local, state, or international level. (Examples: Participation in Helping Hands Day, church groups, mentoring progams, school or community activities, disaster relief efforts, culutral programs, community or service groups or involvement with other fraternal organizations.) Please include the full lifetime involvement of the member, being sure to note specific activities. Describe how the nominee has motivated or mobilized others to help in their communities, as well as specific types or groups of people with which the nominee has made an impact.
