On Saturday, December 14, 2024, GCU Members and guests attended The Gift of the Magi the Musical at Lincoln Park Performing Art Center, Midland PA. This beautifully intimate one act adaptation of the O. Henry classic short story of Jim and Della. The two young lovers are out of work and penniless at Christmas in New York but are both looking for a way to show their love. A heartwarming holiday story that has persisted for close to 120 years. This show was an ardent reminder that true love is more important than money or possessions. Everyone enjoyed the heartwarming holiday treat.
